Welcome to The Plains, a soon to be completed community of 67 modern townhouses in the growing Redbank Plains area.

Offering a selection of spacious 3 bedroom townhouses (4 bedroom options on the way in later stages!), these brand-new homes provide modern, low-maintenance living in a location ideally suited to families, couples and professionals.

There are several different floor plans so the photographs provided are a sampling across several of the units coming available. Listing will be updated as more photos and floorplans come available.

Situated directly alongside a childcare centre and Woogaroo Creek State School, with Redbank Plains State High School only a short distance away, The Plains offers exceptional convenience for families with children of all ages. Redbank Plains is also well connected to local shopping, dining, medical facilities, parks and public transport, with major retail facilities located nearby.

As the community finishes in stages, we are taking interest and early applications. Viewings will be arranged with suitable applicants before tenancy agreements are offered.

Each home offers contemporary townhouse living within a brand-new community, combining practical layouts with the convenience of low-maintenance living.

Located less than 4 km from Redbank Plains Shopping Centre, residents will enjoy easy access to supermarkets, retail, restaurants and everyday services. The wider Redbank Plains area also offers numerous parks, recreational facilities and transport connections.

Be among the first to call The Plains home.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Full Time Work: four weeks worth of pay slips.
Contract/Casual/Part Time Work: we recommend eight weeks worth of pay slips to create an average.
We encourage applicants to consider their financial situations in regards to rent and we look for rent to be one third or less of household income.
So for a townhouse to be priced at $570.00 per week, our office would expect to see a total income from all sources of $1,700.00 per week after tax or above.
We accept not everyone fits in a perfect financial box and income can include Employment, Centrelink, Childcare Support, Settlements, Disability Support, Superannuation etc.
