With over a decade of experience in the accommodation sector on the Gold Coast. A former professional rugby player and Southport School alumnus, Syd has transitioned from sports to banking and, ultimately, the real estate industry. His expertise spans Management Rights, hotels, motels, and caravan parks, making him a trusted and respected figure in the field.
Before becoming a broker, Syd operated both permanent and holiday management schemes for over ten years, including managing a large resort in Burleigh. He has worked closely with developers, investors, councils, and tenants, ensuring successful property outcomes. His hands-on experience in property management and sales, coupled with his strong financial background (including a Diploma in Financial Planning), enables him to offer clients in-depth insights into property performance and potential.
