Since 2019, I’ve immersed myself in the world of commercial real estate and business brokering. Over these years, I’ve orchestrated property sales exceeding $34 million.
One of the highlights of my career includes facilitating the sale of management rights for Drift at Palm Cove to Dreamtime, a respected resort management group, in December 2022. This luxury beachfront residence in Far North Queensland exemplifies the calibre of transactions I handle. Additionally, I’ve successfully managed sales like Meridian Port Douglas and Verandahs Apartments in Port Douglas, further solidifying my reputation in the industry.
Prior to focusing on brokerage, I owned three management rights businesses for a decade: Whitfield Waters (80 units) from 2010 to 2013, City Park Gardens Apartments (54 units) from 2010 to 2015, and Mid City Luxury Suites from 2015 to 2019. This hands-on experience uniquely positions me to provide invaluable guidance to individuals entering the accommodation industry, guiding them through every facet of the process.
My earlier career also saw me thrive in senior roles within the liquor industry with Carlton & United Breweries and Coca Cola Amatil, showcasing my diverse professional background.
