With a background in IT, financial computer programming, and business turnaround, Paul brings a unique blend of analytical skills and business acumen to his role in management rights sales.

Since beginning his career in 2016, Paul has sold over 100 management rights businesses totalling more than $178 million

I’ve sold the same properties multiple times because of the relationships I’ve nurtured,” Paul explains.

Growing up on the Gold Coast, Paul has deep local knowledge of Queensland’s dynamic resort city. His business savvy and market insight offer significant advantages to his clients.

In his first year as a management rights broker, Paul closed sales valued at over $20 million, over one complex per month. He tackled challenges head-on, including properties deemed “unsellable,” with determination and perseverance.

Paul is passionate about the accommodation industry and is committed to providing 100% dedication throughout the sale process. He is known for his thorough approach, delving into the details of every complex he handles.

Outside of work, Paul stays connected with his TSS ‘old school tie’ friends, is an active member of the Old Southportonians’ Association (OSA), and is a devoted Rugby Union fan. He is also working towards obtaining his Private Pilot Licence.
